  15.     to honor ALL registrations made prior to me taking over I do want to
  16.     who is registered.  As such  upgrading to SFE-mail v2.0 will require
  17.     you to complete this  form and  return it to me, in turn I will give 
  18.     you a new registration number.  I'm sorry for any inconvenience this
  19.     may cause but I have no other means of gathering this information.

  22.     assure  that  below  name  fields  are  the  same  as  the  ones you 
  23.     originally registered SFE-mail.   In most cases registration numbers
  24.     will be ready for pickup with in 48 hours.
